G1 gave her dad a coupon for Free Mow Service as a gift for his birthday last year (and a Free Car Wash too!) so today is the best day to use it (before she decided that it's expired!). Smart gift!
It's getting warm in TN! Not the humid 100 degrees yet but good reason for us to reduce activities in the kitchen. Today, is all about easy cooking (through steaming method) and all I can think of is making dumplings to begin my steaming madness for this summer.
Total process took me 20 minutes 5 minutes to wrap the wantons and 15 minutes cooking time - the original recipe has cabbage but I took it out as the girls are not big in this veggie) - so if you are looking for an alternative healthy way to serve gyoza (without frying), try this one!
