I had the opportunity to work from home today and with an an hour break before my next meeting (so many conference calls), I thought of making this yummy cake for dessert tonight. I have this Hershey's cookbook and I swear..every thing in it is just magnificent! I am not a pastry chef but the end result of these cakes are comparable to desserts we order in high end restaurants...
It's not hard - -all I did was follow the recipe ---BUT as expected - -I had chocolate frosting all over my shirt and the floor (yeah - -be easy when you are beating the frosting as I am a clumsy busy bee)
Be sure to let the cake cooled down for awhile before placing the frosting ok?And if you are not in a hurry ...place them in the fridge before cutting them!
Less than an hour to do this ---and back to my endless meeting again...
