Ice Cream ... again? Not sure what's happening in your area but suddenly the craving for ice cream started the moment this cold weather kicked in. So happy that one daughter loves running to Walmart (yes ..she loves the random errands with my credit card in tow) -- so grabbing another bucket of Chocolate Cookie Dough and Vanilla ice cream is definitely convenient nowadays.
I found this pound cake recipe from www.allrecipe.com and looks simple enough to make for tonight
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup sour cream
3 eggs
1/8 tsp baking soda
HERE'S HOW:
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add sour cream and eggs
- Add flour and baking soda
- Pour in greased bundt pan
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes
